The Vast Network of Sites

Let me start with another big thanks for the comments...keep 'em coming.

Some recents comments pertain to site performance in Firefox. As it relates to www.nikonusa.com we did conduct acceptance testing in IE, Safari and Firefox before launching without siginficant issue but we'll definitely check that out again.

As for comments about Firefox performance of the D3 and D300 microsites I'll make sure the development folks at Nikon Corp. in Japan hear the comments. A lot of the sites you see coming off Nikonusa.com are developed in other areas of the world so we try our best to apply global standards to development to deliver consistent experiences. We'll keep plugging away at that to make sure the network of sites is the best it can be.

Our Views

This blog and its contents are the personal observations and opinions of the authors. They do not represent the views of Nikon Inc.

Ground Rules for Your Shot

This blog is a conversation about the NikonUSA.com site redesign and how it can be made better for you. Your feedback on the site is something that we’re taking seriously. We’ll be taking comments you leave and using them as the foundation for future posts. This will help make our collective understanding of the site that much stronger.

The blog is not about Nikon products or the Nikon brand. It's also not about our competitors. So we’ll be reviewing comments to ensure they are within scope, and we’ll do this as quickly as possible. We’ll post the ones that stay on point and incinerate the ones that break the rules. Actually, our accountants say the price of gas for the incinerators is way too expensive right now, so we’ll have put those comments aside for now.

If you have questions about products, services, careers or other company related topics you should visit the Contact Us page of the site for the appropriate contact information.
